Overseas Study at an Early Age

    With the deepening of reform and the opening-up of our country , more and more children tend to study abroad  and the trend of student's age becomes lower. Most parents would like to send their children  abroad before their graduation of high school.

   There are many reasons for this trend. First , education is a kind of investment . Rather than keep their children studying in China  ,why not sending them abroad to receive education so that they can acquire international knowledge from a better education system in an early age ? Moreover , most parents think that if they send their children early ,to some extent, children would learn to be independent and adopt to a new environment early .In addition ,for those high school students who have gone abroad would have more chances to be admitted by prestigious university in the world.

  As for me ,I reckon that parents should be prudent to make such a choice. We can't deny that it is a good choice for children's future development ,but it does not fit every child. before sending  children abroad , parents should consider a lot ,such as their self-control ability ，the level of mental maturity and so on.
