超人是不存在的，不论你有多聪明，肯定都会碰到不知道的事情，比如在外地旅游时因人生地不熟而需要向别人问路，或急需某人的电话号码向周围的人询问等等。

如何用英语向他人咨询信息是英语初学者需掌握的一个基本技能。

询问信息时常用的句型有：

Can you tell me...? 你能告我…吗？

Could you tell me...? 您能告我…吗？

I'd like to know... 我想知道…

Got / Have you any idea...? 你知不知道…？

Could anyone tell me...? 有谁能告我…吗？

Do / Would you happen to know...? 请问你是否知道…？

I wonder if you could tell me...? 不知你能告我…吗？

I wonder if someone could tell me...? 不知有谁能告我…吗？

情景对话 1：

Martha:Excuse me. I am new here. Do you happen to know where the canteen is?

在英语国家里，向陌生人询问信息或寻求帮助是很正常的。不过为了在问问题时听上去更有礼貌，人们在询问他人时往往会以 excuse me, sorry 或者是 sorry to bother you 这样的短语开头。
