【探究合作】
探究一：by asking the teacher for help通过向老师寻求帮助 ask sb. for help意为“向某人求助”，是固定搭配，其中help是不可数名词，没有复数形式。 ask sb. for sth.意为“向某人要某物”。ask for意为“要求，请求”。
探究二：“by + doing sth.”表示方式 （补充其他用法见课件）
探究三：have conversations with sb.和某人对话 have conversations with sb.是固定搭配，意为“和某人对话”，相当于talk with sb. 例如:You had better not have conversations with strangers.= You had better not_______ ______ ________ .你最好不要和陌生人交谈。
探究四: pronunciation发音，读音，是可数名词。其动词是pronounce. 例如：Can you ______the word “bathroom”？（发音）

【探究合作】 探究一:What about reading aloud to practice pronunciation?通过大声朗读来练习发音怎么样？
拓展:英语中表示建议的常用句型有：Why don’t you…? Why not…? Would you like to…? Let’s…?
探究二：Have you ever studied with a group?你曾经参加过小组学习吗？ “have/has+动词过去分词”是上学期所学_______________结构。

易混辨析：(a) little与 (a) few的区别：
探究五：finish doing干完某事 例如：I finished_______(read) the book. 探究六：The more you read, the faster you’ll be.你读得越多，你将越快。该句中用到的句型为“the+比较级, the+比较级”表示“越……,越……” （见课件）
