Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) took more support from Iowa caucuses and New Hampshire primary voters than rival Hillary Clinton based on the result of a CBS News poll released on Sunday.

Washington, DC, United States (4E) – Sen. Bernie Sanders ( I-Vt .) took more support from Iowa caucuses and New Hampshire primary voters than rival Hillary Clinton based on the result of a CBS News poll released on Sunday.
Sanders got 43 percent support to Clinton’s 33 percent among Iowa caucuses voters. He got 52 percent support from primary voters in New Hampshire to Clinton’s 30 percent, according to the CBS News 2016 Battleground Tracker.
The poll was based on interviews conducted by YouGov on the internet between Sept. 3 and 10 with 4,860 registered voters in Iowa, New Hampshire, and South Carolina. Clinton topped the South Carolina poll getting 46 percent support from likely Democratic primary voters to Sanders’ 23 percent.
Vice President Joe Biden, a non-candidate at this point, placed third in the three polls with 10 percent support in Iowa, 9 percent support in New Hampshire, and 22 percent backing in South Carolina.
