“英语基础还不错的学员, 一般 来说第一次参加雅思考试的总分在 5.5 分到6 分左右, 俞璐的备考时间 是一个月, 她第一次参加雅思测试就 能拿到7 分的高分, 很不容易。”负责 帮助俞璐备考的义乌环球雅思学校 教学主管马磊福对记者说。
那么, 俞璐是怎么备考的呢?
■泛听精听相结合 上TED 网 站选取自己感兴趣的演讲视频进行 练习。练习方式主要是做听写, 每个 演讲视频听三四遍, 第一遍是泛听, 在对内容进行初步的掌握后, 在第二 遍、第三遍时进行一句一句听写的精 听。第四遍, 将听写文本与字幕校对, 记下没有听出来或听错的部分。
老师点评: 这样的训练方式十 分科学, 适应了外国人的讲话节 奏、速度后, 自然能听懂。
■看原版英文小说 平时俞 璐通过做题来提高应试技巧, 而 在备考之外则阅读英文原版小 说。看小说时, 俞璐遇到不认识的 单词并不会停下来标注查询, 而 是猜意思或者直接跳过去, 继续 阅读下去。
老师点评: 看小说这样的训 练方式很好, 遇到生词猜意思或跳 过去可以培养流畅的阅读节奏。
■每天都写英文日记 俞璐 有每天写英文日记的好习惯, 在写 日记的时候, 会有意识地运用比较 高级的词组和句式。
老师点评: 写英文日记贵在 坚持, 坚持下来会有意想不到的突 破。平时还可以多看ECONOMY, FOX NEWS 这样的财经类网站, 每天阅读一篇文章, 学到四五个新 鲜实用的词汇或表达句式就足矣。
