Dreams and Reality
When we talk about dreams, we are so excited, we have many dreams, such as being a famous person, traveling around the world and so on. Dreams are what we pursue for a lifetime, with many dreams, we have motivation to fight for our life. The opposite side of dream is reality, we have to face reality everyday, reality is what we perceive in our life. Reality always frustrates us to be successful. We need to balance them. First, we need to face reality, though it is not ideal, we live in a world, we have to know exactly who we are. Second, to make our dreams come true, we need to adjust our dreams according to the reality。

2.How to Improve Memory?
Memory is important for everyone in all ages. How to improve it? It is a complex question. I have several suggestions. Firstly, have enough rest. Enough sleep can make sure brain works normally, because when people sleep, their brain and other organs also can rest. Enough rest can provide enough energy. Secondly, keep always thinking. Do not get used to the current situation. Keeping thinking when meets things can exercise brain. Thirdly, eat some healthy food that is good for memory, such as, radish, cabbage and spinach. I think these are helpful to improve memory。

My Favorite Subject---English
I like English most, because English is so popular these days. As far as I’m concerned, English is a well-known international language. If I could speak English well, I would be able to communicate with the people all over the world。
Nowadays, English is widely used in news, business, communication and tourism. Especially after China enters WTO, our country needs more genius who is good at English. Mastering English can help us find more job opportunities。
What’s more, some English speaking countries like Australia, New Zealand, America and Canada are very beautiful. I want to travel to these countries very much. So I must learn English well。

Plan for English Learning
I’m a middle school student. I love English, but it’s hard for me. Now I have a good plan to learn English。
With this English-learning plan, I’m hoping for great progress。 I have a pronunciation problem. I can’t pronounce so well. So I plan to listen to the tape and read after it. I can’t read English passages quickly and can’t write a passage clearly. Now I plan to read more and practice writing often. As for listening, sometimes I can’t understand what others are saying. So I plan to improve myself by listening to the radio and TV. Grammar is the most difficult for me. I have no idea of it, but I think my English teacher can help me with it。

Once I saw the TV show, it was about the fathers and their kids having the match, they were separated by five groups and compete for the match. At first, they were competing happily, but as the game came to the end, the last group was so worried. The father inspired his kid to stick on and finish the match, while the kid was crying because he knew he must be the last. After the match, the father told his kid that winning was not the most important thing for the match, the first thing was to enjoy the game and finish it, the result was not that important. I agree with the father, the child must be endowed with the consciousness that to enjoy the game is more important than to win. Every match can only have one win, but we can enjoy every match。

Now it has come to the new age, the age belongs to the information world, everybody has access to high technology, they use computer and cell phone everywhere. But for me, I miss the original communication media, I still like to write to my friends. I have a pen friend, we have kept in touch with each other for many years, compare with the new high technology, such as cell phone and computer, I would rather to write. My pen friend also like to write, we share happiness and sorrow by the letter. I enjoy writing, I put much emotion in it, the letter makes me feel the real world. When I was small, I like to eat a lot of food, but I have a habit, I will not eat up all the food, I just like to taste all of it. When my mother saw this, she felt bad for me, she told me that all the food was the farmers’ hard work, I should not waste it. Thinking about this, I felt so shameful about my bad behavior, I decided to eat up the food. I believe that everyone will have the moment that they envy others, they want to be others. It is so common, people will see other people’s advantages easily, while at the same time, they feel they are not equal with the others. Actually, everyone has something special, there is no need to envy others, we might be envied by others. We can just be ourselves, just do what we want to do. Today, more and more people are doing plastic surgery, because they are not confident with themselves, they think the beautiful face makes them outstand, this is wrong idea. Just be yourself, you have the shinning point that makes you outstand. Don’t be jealous other blindly。

Everyone has to study, going to school occupies a lot of people’s time, before they go to work, they need to study in the school. In China, students work very hard, for they have a lot of pressure, they have many exams to take, so students are immerged into the books all the time. While studying all the time is not good for students, they need to go out of the classroom and take in some fresh air. The outside world is beautiful, they can play with their friends, watching movies, taking a break now and then. Play can make study better, students can have new idea, so they won’t stuck in the unsolved problem. Study needs to combine with play。

In our daily life, if we get on harmoniously with our friends, we’ll feel more joyous. But we’ll feel lonely without friends.When our friends feel upset or get ill, we shouldn’t ignore them or look down upon them. On the contrary, we ought to calm them down, show our love and concern to them and try our best to help them overcome the hardships. Sometimes we may have some misunderstandings or disagreements with our friends, thus we had better have a discussion with them and try to accept their good ideas instead of quarreling with them. As long as we can follow these good suggestions, we’ll find it easy to make more friends。

Welcome to our school! Our school is the key middle school in this city. Now we are in the front gate. Entry in this school, you can see there is a big football playground on the left and a big resturant on the right. If you’re hungry, you can have something good in there. The grand teaching building is right behind the football playground. We spend most time in the classrooms. Behind the teaching building, there is a little lake with many fish in it. Oh, there is also a nice library next to the lake. After the class, we can entry the library freely to read the books we like. This is our school. Don’t you think it’s great?

I have received many presents when I have my eleven birthday party. My parents give me a teddy bear, my uncle gives me a book. My best friend gives me a goldfish. As we all know, healthy is very important to everybody.But do you really know how to stay healthy? Here are some useful tips. First, we should do exercise if we have time.For example, we can go to swim in the summer holiday. Or we can take a walk after supper.Doing exercise makes us healthy and strong. Second, we should take more vegetables and fruit and less candies. Stop eating junk food and drinking beers. Last but not least, we should go to bed early and wake up early. We should have enough sleep, or we will get sleepy in the day time. If we pay more attention to the tips above, we will have healthier body. I wish everybody has a strong and healthy body。
