特殊疑问句：以特殊疑问词开头，对陈述句中的某一部分提问，读降调。回答时针对所提问题具体回答，不用yes或no来回答。
句式结构：特殊疑问词 + 一般疑问句? How old are you? What is this in English? 向主语或主语的定语提问时，直接用疑问词替换主语 + 其他成分? Who is not here today? Which pen is red?

注释：what对指事物名词、身份、职业或谓语动词提出疑问。在向谓语动词提问时，注意应用do或doing补在谓语动词的位置上。

How... like...？与What... think of...？表示“你觉得…怎么样？”例如：
How do you like the film? = What do you think of the film?
How + 形容词 +...？与What is the + 名词（重量、长度、高度、宽度、深度、速度、面积等）+ of ...？意思相同。例如：
How heavy is that basket of apples? = What is the weight of that basket of apples?
注意：adj. heavy (n. weight), adj. wide (n. width), adj. high /tall (n. height),
adj. deep (n. depth), adj. long (n. length), adj. fast (n. speed), adj. large (n. size)等，
What day 也可向节日提问。
What day is it today? 今天是什么日子？ It is Children s Day.
对价格的提问即可用How much...？也可用How much... cost?与What is the price of...？效果一样。
例如： How much is the computer? = How much does the computer cost? = What is the price
of the computer? 这台电脑的价格是多少？
对天气的提问可用How +be +the weather...？与What +be +the weather like...？
How is the weather today? = What is the weather like today?
对人口的提问用What is the population of…? 可与How large is the population of...？互相转换。例如：
What is the population of the world? = How large is the population of the world?
have a population of 表示“有多少人口”。例如：
Our village has a population of two hundred people. 我们村有二百人口。
