1.我辞职是因为我认为那个职位不适合我。I quit the job because I didn't think that position suited me.

The Reasons for Applying for the Job 应聘原因

Interviewer:  Why have you decided to change jobs?

面试官：你为什么决定要换工作呢？

Erwin:  I hope to change because my current job is not within my chosen field. Since my major was international banking, I really hope to work at a bank.

欧文：我想换工作是因为我现在的工作不在我选择的领域范围内。因为我的专业是国际银行业，所以我很想在一家银行工作。

Interviewer:  Then, why do you want to work for our bank since it is a new establishment in Shanghai?

面试官：那么，你为什么想来我们这样一家在上海新成立的银行工作呢？

Erwin:  Because your bank is a new one, I think I'll be given more opportunities, and the working conditions and surroundings are so excellent here.

欧文：正是因为这是一家新成立的银行，我想我在这里能有更多的机会，并且这里的工作条件和工作环境都非常好。

Interviewer:  It certainly is. But the work is also very hard. You'll need to put in a lot of long hard hours to succeed in this field.
