Some people think that all young people should be required to have full-time education until they are at least 18 years old. To what extent do you agree or disagree？
Since education is more and more essential to young people, receiving a full-time education is a necessary for all of teenagers. A fact to notice in contemporary setting is that more and more young people are required to accept full-time education until they reach the age of 18. Considering the issue, it is possible to explore it from two sides.
On the one hand, it is necessary for individuals to have full-time education. Not only will students spend more time at study in a full-time schooling system, but also can they be taught systematically. Students usually spend 6 hours at school every day expect weekend, which allow them to learn more knowledge then those receive part-time education. Furthermore, full-time education system in many countries have course syllabus from primary school to high school. Teachers who teach students everyday normally should have plans for the whole semester, which will help students to process the knowledge. The structure, planning and revision contribute to young learners’ learning. For example, for learning English, a second language, pronunciation, listening, reading and writing are a series of subjects designed to improve learners’ second language learning. unlike other students only learn the new words but never try to remember them, students who go to full-time school will revise words everyday due to the teacher’s supervision.
Young people tend to have less self-discipline, full-time school will help them regulate their behavior enhance their learning efficiency while regulate their irresponsible behavior. Children are lack of ability to control their behaviour and don’t take responsibility to their behaviour. They can’t do self-study like adults because theystudents can be are easily to be distracted by video games and other entertainments, full time education with tight schedule can help them develop a sense of self-discipline. If they stay in a full-time school, the teachers will teach them what is the things they should do and make sure they don’t break the rules. Also teach them moral code and to take responsibility to the consequence. Otherwise, young people without proper guides might do something worse even commit crimes when they grow up. 内容要减少
On the other hand, some of the children that are interested in or have talent in things they art cannot learn from normal school such as musical instruments, painting and wood craft. If they want to have jobs related to these fields, it’s better for them to have part-time education so that they will have time to learn these things. 论述不均衡
