Dreaming of Home and Mother was a popular sentimental song from the American Civil War era, written by John Pond Ordway, who was a doctor, composer, music entrepreneur, and politician. This song was so popular that it has a Chinese and Japanese translated versions.

《梦见家和母亲》是美国人约翰·庞德·奥德威于1851年创作的歌曲，表达了渴望回家与母亲相聚的情感。在美国南北战争期间，这首思乡曲大受欢迎。此曲后被日本词作家犬童球溪改编为日语版《旅愁》，中国音乐家、美术教育家李叔同（弘一法师）填词改编为中文版《送别》，广为流传。
