“懂事”和“乖”
是家长、大人们对小孩子的最高赞誉
在很多孩子的成长过程中，家长们会有意无意的用“乖”来衡量一个孩子的好坏。在学校“孩子平时听话吗？”是家长最关心的问题之一。
在家里也总会对孩子说“你要听话，听话就会怎样怎样，不听话就会....”家长们互相碰面，聊起孩子，也会互相夸奖“你家孩子真乖”等等。
小孩子心里知道：自己表现得“乖”，大人就会高兴，自己听大人的话、察看大人的脸色行事，大人就会喜欢自己，夸自己“懂事”。
家长们都希望孩子能够听自己的话，按照自己的意愿过一生。那些乖乖听话，循规蹈矩的孩子总是会被家人、老师赞扬有加。而淘气、叛逆、反抗的孩子总是会被处罚、批评。
为了得到大人们的喜爱和表扬，为了少受到处罚和责骂，孩子们渐渐学会了将自己真正的感受压抑到了一边，努力做出那个“乖”的模样让自己讨人喜欢。
很多心理分析师、疗愈师都有这样的结论：
小时候表现越“乖”，越“懂事”的孩子，长大之后心理问题越多。
小时候表现的越叛逆，越自由的孩子，长大之后往往心智越成熟。
那么，这是为什么呢？
为什么小时候越“乖”的孩子，
长大以后反而心理问题越多？
有一位叫“毛豆妈”的孩子母亲，分享了自己对于“乖”孩子的心得感悟：
“乖”意味着讨好大人，忽视真实的自己
我很清楚地记得，我小的时候，奶奶带我出去玩。路过路边的糖果摊，奶奶指着说：“想要吗？”我摇摇头说，“不想要。”奶奶满意了，说：“这孩子最乖，从来不乱要东西。”
从心底来讲，小小的我，其实是想吃那色彩缤纷、酸甜可口的糖果的。只是，“懂事”和“乖”，是那个年代对小孩子的最高赞誉。
我从心里模模糊糊知道，我“乖”就会让大人高兴，于是，敏感的我把自己真正的感受压抑到了一边，努力做出那个“乖”的模样让自己讨人喜欢。
长大以后，我成了一个不懂拒绝别人、疲惫不堪的“烂好人”。
心理咨询师告诉我，很多小时候很乖的孩子，长大了心理问题较多，原因就是，他们以满足他人意愿、获得他人首肯为生活主导，失去表达自我的声音，忽略自己的真实需求，内心压抑十分痛苦。
我还是经常看到长辈对孩子说：“你再淘气我就不喜欢你了。”或是“再这样做我就不爱你了。”孩子眨巴着眼睛，马上安静下来，以证明奶奶还爱着自己。每次看到我都心里一酸，仿佛看到幼年的自己。
为了博得看护人的喜爱，情愿压抑自己真实的天性，这种伪装起来的“乖”孩子，有什么用呢？我们所生活的时代已经不同了，这样的要挟，还不停在我们的教育生活中上演。
“乖”意味着不敢表达真实情绪
曾经有一位妈妈留言：我的孩子平时很乖，入幼儿园时非常顺利，不哭不闹，但是一两周后却出现了爱打人、半夜哭醒的问题。为什么？
我直截了当的说：“与其说你的孩子听话乖巧，不如说你的孩子没有安全感。
正常情绪下的孩子，没人愿意去幼儿园。
因为3岁的孩子还不明白为什么去幼儿园，以为去幼儿园就是见不到爸爸妈妈了。

如果孩子不哭不闹，说明她觉得要做一个你们父母眼中的“乖”孩子，就不能哭闹。她知道不哭闹才会让你们更喜欢她。
换句话说，她在压抑自己真实的内心想法。可是，孩子的感受只能通过其他的方式宣泄出来。她上幼儿园以后爱打人、半夜哭醒，都是内心的宣泄。
孩子能够在你面前哭，说明他对你有足够的安全感，知道你会对他的情绪照单全收，全盘接纳。这种无条件的爱和养育，才是孩子健康人格形成的基础。
越“乖”的孩子，独立能力越差
为什么小时候“乖”的孩子可能学业出色，然而在人生取得更大成就的却是那些小时候调皮捣蛋的孩子？因为，越“乖”的孩子依附性越强，自主性越差。
“乖”孩子身上有家长太多的控制感。
父母期望我们走在一条可以复制黏贴的道路，过着一个大家都认同的理想生活，这就是“乖孩子”。
越乖的孩子，随着他渐渐长大，他就会从一个不提问的“乖”学生、成为一个唯唯诺诺的“乖”员工、感情上让婆婆包办的“妈宝男”、生活上不能完全自主的烂好人。从这个角度讲，取得很高成就的人，都不“乖”。
毛豆也是个很调皮的孩子，上蹿下跳上房揭瓦，但我会合理表达我的不满，从不以“再这样就不喜欢你了！”为要挟条件。
因为我们并不因为毛豆“乖”才爱他。我们爱的是那个原原本本的他。
同理，我愿他做出人生选择是因为自己的真实喜好，而不是牺牲自己的感受去讨好别人。
我会支持毛豆的决定并提醒他为自己的决定负责，而不是“你就做一个乖孩子，按照我给你指点的人生活下去。”
越“乖”的孩子，越容易落后于时代
我们大学毕业的时候，父母期望我们“考公务员，拿铁饭碗”或者“进石油天然气等垄断行业”。
然而，十多年过去了，做了公务员的人，过着一成不变的枯燥生活；去了石油燃气的同学，经历着油气的萧条与裁员。
只有那些去中关村摆地摊、折腾电子商务公司、当时让父母操碎了心的“不乖”的孩子，如今占人先机，成了时代的弄潮儿。
“乖”，不是个褒义词
在这个急速变化的时代，“乖”真不是个褒义词。
最本质的一点：这个时代是“后喻时代”：时代更新太快，很多事情，是前辈要不断向后辈学习，而不仅仅只是单纯的听父辈的话。只可惜，能认清自己视野局限的父辈并不多，大多数还认为下一代应该“乖”一点，走一条稳稳妥妥的路——越稳妥的职业，越以牺牲创新能力为代价。
这个年代都是人往高出走，哪有铁饭碗？待别人都功成名就的时候，那些听父辈指路的“乖”孩子，才发现在而立之年需要重新改变职业航向，再一次痛苦地适应社会。

中国父母的“乖”，意味着用前人井底观天的人生经验，去指路后一代不可测、未可知的人生。
培养孩子的目标有千千万，最坏的可能就是那个“乖”小孩！
接受了自己的成长教训的我，终于让毛豆做了一个想哭就哭、想笑就笑、健康自由的孩子。这天吃过晚饭，毛豆拿着一个堆砌得很奇怪的小车来给我看，本是车窗却堆到了尾巴上，车头却倒装在车身，姥姥一看就皱起了眉头，“车哪有长这样的。来，姥姥帮你按画册上的砌好。”毛豆才不肯听话，继续往车身上堆砌大人无法理解的功能零件。
我笑了。这车堆叠得算不上巧，毛豆也绝对不乖，可这辆看起来丑陋的小车，在这个创新以指数级变化的时代，一定能通往我们这一代人无法理解的未来。
亲爱的，从现在起，你可以做生气的小孩、真实的小孩、走自己路的小孩、叛逆的小孩。唯独，不要做一个乖小孩。
