1~5分SCI，如何优雅地发发发

昨晚有个粉丝找我抱怨，跟师兄说，他老板最近刚拿到了一个新的项目，钱虽然不多但35万是有的，导师让他省着点花，让他毕业时发2篇至少5分的文章，这里面还包括劳务费、差旅费等杂费，满打满算剩个30万算是好的了，30万发两篇5分的？作为初级实验室小白、不太懂行情的他，来问X师兄这么点钱到底够不够花。

相比之下，师兄顿时觉得自己的导师是一个大好人，至少给的经费没这么紧巴。

那么当老板给你的经费不充裕，要你积极发挥主观能动性的时候，如何优雅从容地发SCI呢？

（零）SCI文章实验模板

首先做到心中有数，完成一篇SCI文章的工作需要哪些步骤？以临床样本出发的SCI文章有没有通用的模板呢？小张团队总结了一下，大家来看看对不对：

其中目标分子临床意义的确定是最基础也最重要，而分子机制是最烧钱和最烧脑同时也是风险最大的部分，因为很容易“人还在呢钱却没了”。

（一）1~2分SCI攻略

1~2分的文章是最简单的了，嗖嗖嗖地做个芯片，啾啾啾地做个RNA-seq，分析、验证之后，就可以写文章了，这个档次文章的工作量如下：

为了安慰这个师弟，我给他计算了一下，其实”qiong”实验室占了总共的96%！

师兄是这样的神逻辑，首先很多事情符合二八原则，做实验时师兄只有20%的时间状态特别好，实验空档看电影时10次会有2次被老板逮到，而国内的科研基金80%集中在20%的单位中，而每个单位中20%的实验室拿到了80%的科研经费，这么算下来其实qiong实验室似乎还是有很多呢，占到了96%（1-20%*20%），这逻辑也是没SEI了吧（别扔鸡蛋）。
