“书面表达”解题技巧点拨及训练
中考试题中的书面表达形式相对比较固定，主要有四种：①看图作文；②命题作文，即提示作文；③小的应用文(包括书信、日记、贺卡、留言、通知等)写作。无论哪一种书面表达形式，都要求：①紧扣题目，准确、全面地表达出要点中规定的全部信息和内容，不得遗漏；②表达正确，意思连贯，过渡自然；③格式正确，书写规范，标点准确，字数符合要求。
记叙文写作的基本要求是什么呢？
①要有明确的中心思想。②记叙要清楚明白。③线索要清晰。④要有恰当的叙事角度。⑤选材要详略得当。
具体地说，记叙文写作要把握以下几点：
1．记叙文所记叙的事件必须相关连。要有开头（beginning）、中间（middle）和结尾（end）。在必要时加入冲突（conflict），以使情节曲折，跌宕起伏。一般说来，写记叙文应把握好六个要素：who（何人）、what（何事）、 when（何时）、where（何地）、why（何因）、how（怎么）。初中阶段多为叙事短文，一般应包括 where，who，what这三个最基本的东西。
2．写作时观点的掌握非常重要。记叙文常用第一人称或第三人称两种人称记述。用第一人称的角度记叙，使人感到亲切，读者很容易产生身临其境之感，相信真有其事。这种形式常用在写自传、本人的经历或记叙耳闻目睹的事件；用第三人称的角度记叙，使人感到客观。这种形式常用在对重大事件的客观报导，以及记叙他人的经历或事迹。
3．常见的叙述方式有：①顺叙。按事情发展的顺序或时间顺序进行叙述。②倒叙。把事情的结局或某个突出的片段提到前面叙述，然后再按照事情的顺序叙述下去。③插叙。在叙述过程中，由于某种需要，暂时把叙述的线索中断一下，插入有关的另一叙述。④夹叙夹议。一方面叙述事情，一方面对这件事情加以分析或评论。
A
记述一次郊游活动（outing），包括下列内容：
①时间、地点：上星期六，海边。
②活动内容：去时花了几个小时，到海边后搭帐蓬，在露天生火做饭，讲故事，唱歌，做游戏。
③自己感想：尽管很累，大家玩得很痛快。
要求：用第一人称写，词数70左右。

写说明文要注意以下几点：
1．要抓准特征。对某一事物予以说明，首先要弄清从哪些方面加以说明才能准确地反映被说明的事物。一般说来，说明事物可以从被说明事物的颜色、形状、形态；性质、性能、习性；原因、原理；作用、用途、功能；危害、影响；结构；操作过程；发生、发展的规律等方面着手。但是，每一事物都有它自己的特征，因而显示出了这一事物与其他一事物的根本区别，因此，在说明事物时，不要面面俱到，要抓住事物的特征，这样才能使读者得到具体而深刻的印象。
2．层次要分明。说明事物要注意条理，否则就不可能说清复杂的事物。例如说明事物的结构，就要按照构造的顺序来说明，或从上到下，或从前到后，或由外到里，或由主到次。又如说明四季的变化，就要按照时间的顺序（spring，summer，autumn，winter）来写。
3．解析要清楚。对各种知识所作的解释，对某种事物所作的说明，都要清楚明白。
4．表现手法要多样。常见的说明文方法有：①下定义。②举例子。③运用比喻、比拟的方法。④做比较。⑤引用数字。⑥分类别。⑦列图表。
5．用词要力求准确。引用的数据要绝对可靠，文字要简明扼要，一目了然。这是写说明文在语言文字上的要求

向明中学的“英语角”活动开展得有声有色。请你用英语为一家英文报纸写一篇 80—100字的简讯。
内容：①“英语角”活动开展已经3年。
②活动时间：每周六下午。
③活动内容：用英语交谈任何感兴趣的话题。

口头通知。
口头通知是面对面地把事情传达给对方。一般不用写落款和日期。发布口头通知时，应注意以下几个问题：
由于口头通知是通过口头表达的，因此，在正文之前，往往有称呼语。如：Boys and girls，Comrades（同志们），Ladies and gentlemen等。开场白一般这样说：Attention，please！May I have your attention，please？Be quiet， please！Listen，please！I have something important to tell you．
结尾要给听众结束通知的信号：That's all．Thank you so much for it．Thank you．
口头通知的内容应讲清楚时间、地点、活动内容及注意事项。
中考书面表达口头通知的卷面表现形式如下：

书面通知
书面通知是以布告、张贴的形式出现，常常是张贴在显眼的位置，以引起公众的注意。为了醒目，标题的每个字母常大写。
书面通知的格式：
1）标题：在正文上面正中的地方写上 NOTICE。
2）正文：包括具体的时间、地点、活动内容和注意事项。
3）单位：发通知的单位一般写在正文的右下角。有时也放于标题之上，起强调作用。
4）时间：一般写在左下角。
书面通知语言比较规范，切忌使用模糊语言和俚语、俗语。通知中一般无称呼语，常用第三人称，且被动语态使用较多。看一道中考题吧：

写日记时要注意以下几点：
1．格式：英文日记和中文日记的写法大致相同。一般是第一行写上日期、星期、天气状况。日期通常顶格写，后面是星期，天气状况写在右上角。表示天气情况的词一般用形容词，如：fine，cold，rainy，windy，cloudy，sunny，snowy，foggy等。正文部分另起一行。
2．人称：日记要用第一人称写。
3．时态：写日记的时间一般是在下午或晚上，有时也有在第二天补记的。所记叙的事情通常发生在过去，所以常用一般过去时态。但如果要记叙天气、描写景色、展望未来、议论某事或对话引语等，可以使用一般现在时或一般将来时，以生动再现当时的情景。
4．日记的写作顺序：日记一般按照时间顺序或事情的经过来写。语言要清楚、自然，内容要连贯、完整。
5．类型：日记可分为记事型、议论型、描写型以及抒情型等类型。记事型日记，就是学生用所学英语词汇记述当天自己生活中所发生的事情。议论型，就是对生活中的某一事情或情况、现象发表自己的看法。描写型就是对某人、某物的特征进行细致的描述，或对某事物抒发自己的感情

贺卡一般由称呼、贺词和签名三部分构成。

②贺词：通常写一些固定的祝贺用语，当然贺词也可根据实际情况写一些简短的表示感谢和良好祝愿的话，表示祝愿的句子常用以下结构：

b）Best wishes．．．！如：Best wishes for Teachers'Day！Best wishes to you！
c）All the best（．．．）！如：All the best！All the best in your work！
d）I wish you ＋名词（形容词）如：I wish you happy／a happy Teachers'Day！
e）I hope＋（that）从句，如：I hope（that） your work goes well
f）用“may”或“congratulations”引导表示祝愿的句子，如：May you succeed．祝你成功。 Congratulations to you on your tenth birthday．
③祝贺人签名：写在贺卡的右下方。姓名前常加上from一词。如：From your student Li Lei，From Mr．and Mrs．Brown，但前面也有不加From的。

This morning, I saw a blind man walking across the street on my way to school. A car was going to hit him. I ran up to him and pulled him back. The man was saved. I took him to the other side of the street. The man thanked me for doing that, but I didn’t wait for his thanks. I went to school at once. It was late. The first class had begun when I got to the classroom. After I told my teacher what had happened,” Well done, Ling Feng,” said the teacher with a smile
I feel happy today though / although I was late for class, because I have done a good thing.

Friday March 12th 2004 Sunny (Fine)
Today is Tree Planting Day. At 8:00 in the morning, the students met at our school gate. We walked to the hill 3 kilometers away. Mr Zhang and other teachers went with us.
When we got there, we worked in pairs. First, we dug some holes( in the ground ) . When the holes were deep enough, we put the young trees in the holes, and then filled them again. At last we watered the trees well.
All the students worked very hard, and we planted about 200 trees. Though we were very tired, we still felt happy.
