For kids and young people, U.S. government recommends at least an hour of exercise every day. 美国政府建议儿童和年轻人每天至少锻炼一个小时。
For adults, it suggests between two and a half and five hours per week. 同时,政府建议成年人每周锻炼2.5至5个小时。
