Today is Father's Day. As a father, I have received some lovely and carefully-designed gifts from my child. I believe many fathers also enjoyed the surprises brought by their children on this special day. So the topic I asked my students to write about is Father's Day. They could write anything they like to their father or about their father.

My father has been my role model. He not only takes good care of his family but also works hard. He can deal with any problem he meets. I’d like to express my gratitude to my father today. As for me, father is like a mountain. He does well both in his work and his family. I can stop to have a rest on his shoulder when I’m tired, and he always cheers my up. I can cry on his shoulder when I’m weak and he can always heal my exhausted heart.
My father has many effects on me. First, he is a sports lover and he takes exercise for almost one hour every day. This inspires me to exercise more. Besides, he sometimes teaches me some learning skills which are very helpful.My dad is a very warm-hearted person, and he is also out-going. He can always find something to talk about with others and you will feel relaxed when you chat with him. But when he is doing his work, there is alway a serious expression on his face. He won't stop his work until he thinks it’s perfect. My dad has done a lot for me, and he loves me very much. I want to say, “Dad, I love you three thousand times!”
