这里依山傍海，旖旎风光，有中国海水最洁净的海湾。当地人至今仍保留着出海捕鱼的生活方式，他们对大海有着深厚的感情，他们的人生家园“依海而建”、“靠海而生”。于是，室内设计从“渔船出海”和“深海奇石”开始获取灵感……将滨海家园的故事元素应用于屏风、接待，寻求时空的呼应，在这方虚实相间的艺境中游走，转入旧时故事，演绎度假般销售中心的舒适感，感受置身自然的氛围，如真如幻。

为了打造融合绿色的生态、包罗万象的TOD城市综合体，“自然共生”的概念在空间设计中也衍生了更多的可能。

设计抓住这一关键点，将都市人内心对于山海的依恋化为“可赏，可游，可居”的室内庭院，实现宅院合一的内建筑形态，从步入一层接待前厅便能感受到这种气息。
The design captures this key point, turning urbanites' inner attachment to the mountains and the sea into an interior courtyard that is 'appreciable, swimable and livable', and realizing the unity of houses and courtyards. You can feel this kind of atmosphere when you step into the reception hall on the first floor.
由开阔的艺术楼梯和树的景观进入二层，设计首先考虑到观者的空间体验，设曲线扭转的墙体将视线先暂时压抑铺垫，经几步、路径转折，挑高10余米的沙盘展示主空间赫然呈现，令观者心理豁然开朗。沿展示区轴线依次前行，洽谈、水吧等各个功能区清晰地展开布局。

环绕宽幅落地窗，户外景观一览无余，天花悬垂而下的空间艺术装置来自艺术家Joseph Walsh的“延展”，寓意为天空、海洋作为自然之力的融入，形成城市展厅的艺术装置。在本案中更如浪翻涌，为静态的沙盘区弥补了动感的元素。
