Dear Sir or Madam/Manager,

I really hope that this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to make a complaint about the digital camera. I bought it last week at your store. Since the day I bought this digital camera, problems have emerged one after another.

To begin with, the screen of the camera is always black and white. making the camera not different from a traditional one. In addition, the battery is poor as it barely supports the camera's operation for half an hour. Therefore, I want to exchange it for another one or declare a refund.

I will appreciate it if my complaint can be heard. I am loking forward to your reply.
