As we all know, the second Sunday of May is Mother's Day,

大家都知道啊，五月的第二个星期日是母亲节，

and the third Sunday of June is Father's Day.

六月的第三个星期日是父亲节。

Most people really want to thank their parents but didn’t know how.

许多小伙伴啊心里想对父母千恩万谢，却又不知道该怎么说。

Today we are going to learn how to express our thanks to those people who helped us?

所以今天呢，我们就来学学怎么感激别人。

这里是我们今天要用到的词组：

1.be grateful/thankful to 对……表示感恩、感谢

2.I appreciate that... 我非常感激……

3.I owe you one/ I owe you big time 我欠你一个（大）人情

Here are some examples.

下面请看例句：

I am grateful/thankful to my parents for giving me life. 

父母给了我生命，我感激他们。 

I appreciate that you buy me dinner. 

谢谢你请我吃饭。 

You saved my life, I owe you big time! 

你救了我一命，我欠你一个大人情！
