2015年欧洲肿瘤内科学会《原发性乳腺癌诊断、治疗及随访指南》解读

　　在我国，乳腺癌已成为女性中最常见的恶性肿瘤且发病率增长迅速。原发性乳腺癌的治疗包括手术放疗等局部治疗，以及化疗、内分泌治疗，生物治疗等辅助综合治疗。临床指南是基于科学证据，同时对特定临床状况下的患者提出最佳治疗建议欧洲肿瘤内科学会（ESMO）《原发性乳腺癌诊断、治疗及随访指南》是惟一针对原发乳腺癌的临床指南。原发乳腺癌的分子检测与分子靶向治疗是该指南2015年更新的核心内容。
