To my dearest two 

你们或许

You two may 

觉得自己

feel yourselves

在被时代推着

pushed by the times

步履不停

had to keep walking

但你们让我有了停下来

but you get me a chance to stop

创造自己的时代的机会

to create my own times

你们都和我说

You both told me

退一步海阔天空

take a step back to get more space

你们也都提醒我

and you both remind me that

因为快乐才去做

I am supposed to do it for my happiness

你们总是把身边的家人照顾得很好

You two take care of family around you

同时也都有事业争取到了经济独立

and also gain economic independence

但你们生活的信条并不相同

but you two live in different mottos

一个相信贵在坚持、肩膀上总扛着责任

one for persistence and responsbility

一个追求真我与内省、总有深入的反思

one for true self and deep reflection

你们不同但对我来说都同等重要

You are different but equally significant

言传身教告诉我女性可以是这样的

in showing that women can be like this

我很骄傲自己在变得更像你们两个人

I am proud that I am like both of you

随着年龄增长 我也体会到更多

as my age grows and feels more

能够理解更多 也欣赏更多

understands more and appreciate more

你们给我的爱是坚强的后盾

your love and the firm support as my shield

感谢你们让我看到

Thank you for showing me 

你可以怎么关心自己的父母家人

that how you show your care to your parents

在异地可以常常打电话、家长里短聊聊天

by calling them regularly and chatting anything

在家乡可以定期突击买点好吃的去看看老人

by visiting them regularly with no prior notice

妈妈，谢谢你用你的行动告诉我

Mum, thank you for showing me

一个个体户的工作日常

that how you work as a self-employed person

早晨五点起床给家人准备早餐、晚上7点关门

by getting up at 5am and closing your shop at 7pm

除了春节回老家团聚七八天 每天风雨无阻

almost everyday except spring festival for 7-8 days

还有一次是我高中时的生日

and also once for my birthday in high school

你和爸爸开车三个多小时来给我过生日

driving over 3 hours to have dinner with me 

然后第二天一大早天还没亮再往回赶

driving back the next day before sunrise

阿姨，谢谢你拥抱我的青春期

Auntie, thank you for embracing my teenagehood

让我在你家有一个住了四年的 自己的房间

giving me a room for 4 years at your home

当我做梦梦到在家里的时候

When I have dreams about my home

这个房间的出现总是会让我安心

this room is always my safe place

从你这里得到的爱和我们的人生谈话

the extra love and mentor talk you gave me

给我力量在更广阔的世界中去逐梦

empower me to chase my dream in a wider world

我们生活在不同的时代

We live in different eras

但我知道我会想和你们交朋友

but I know I want to make friends 

如果我们是中小学的同学或大学同学

if we were school mates or uni mates

在这一生中我们没有选择就成为了彼此的家人

In this life we have no choice but to be families

但我想要让你们知道即使没有血缘的关系我也想选择

but I would like you two to know that I would also choose

成为你们的朋友 这是我自由意志的选择 不是因为血缘的羁绊

to be your friends with my free will in spite of the blood connection

因为我可以从你们身上看到人性闪耀的光辉

As I can see the glowing humanity in you two

你们都诚实、真诚、忠厚善良

You are both honest, geniue, loyal and kind

我的妈妈有颗温暖的心 包容接纳

my mum has the warm heart to tolerate and accept

我的阿姨有沉静的思维 谨慎理智

my auntie stays calm to be cautious and reasonable

You are both diligent, and hard working

你们都勤奋、认真工作

我的妈妈可以记住所有顾客的长相和家庭信息

My mum remembers all customers' faces and family info

会为了做成一笔生意打电话调货而不会说没有

always try to coordinate the business by making phone calls

我的阿姨从来都没有和我抱怨过工作有多辛苦

my auntie never complain the difficulty of her work with me

今天也在和我说工作是工作不要把工作带回家

even today she still tells me to leave work at work

我的妈妈很难把工作和生活分开

My mum cannot separte her work and life

因为她的工作就是守着她的店铺

because her work is to stay at her shop

她每天都在工作也都在生活

she is always working and living

我的阿姨可以把工作和生活分开

My auntie can separate work and life

因为她有办公时间和工作日

becuase she has office hours and workdays

我还不知道未来我会怎么样

I still have no idea of my future

但从她们身上我看到了

but from their stories I can see

女性经济独立之路

the pathway of economic independence

不止是一种方式

women have more than one way

选择适合自己的方式

choose the way fits you

认真工作、认真生活

take your work and life seriously

想了很久还是用意识流的诗

I choose the stream of consciousness

因为这是我最舒服的写作形式

as it is my most comfortable writing style

把日常的情感写得浪漫如艺术

get the daily feelings as some romantic art
