用方法学：你是怎么知道英语“概不退货”是怎么说的？

你没看错，如果是用方法学英语的话，对于“概不退货”怎么说？其实学的就不是“怎么说”？学的是“怎么知道怎么说”？ 

这样的表述或许有点拗口，但是也正体现出来“学人之鱼，不如学人之渔”的理念。
