辞职与应聘原因

促使你离开了原来的工作单位和你来到这里应聘？原因可能有很多种，但在面试过程中却不能随口乱说。

 

1.惯用口语句子：

I quit the job because I didn't think that position suited me.

Interviewer:  Why have you decided to change jobs?

really hope to work at a bank.
欧文：我想换工作是因为我现在的工作不在我选择的领域范围内。因为我的专业是国际银行业，所以我很想在一家银行工作。
Interviewer:  Then, why do you want to work for our bank since it is a new establishment in Shanghai?

Erwin:  Because your bank is a new one, I think I'll be given more opportunities, and the working conditions and surroundings
are so excellent here.

3.详细解说

1.“hope to do sth.”意为“希望做某事”，但注意没有“hope sb. to do sth.”的形式，例如：Tom's hoping to study law at Harvard.
（汤姆希望能在哈佛学习法律。）另外，“hope”表示“希望”时还可以接从句，例如：I hope（that）everything is okay.（我希望一切顺利。）
2.“since”在这里是连词，引导原因状语从句，意为“因为，由于，既然”。例如：Since nobody's replied yet,we'll assume they're
not interested.（既然还没有人答复，我们就可以认为他们不感兴趣了。）
3.“put in（sth．）”是“投入，花费（时间、精力等）”的意思，例如：If I put in some extra hours today,I can have some time
off tomorrow.（如果我今天多花几个小时的时间，明天我就可以有休息时间了。）
4.“go on a business trip”意为“出差，商务旅行”。“go on a trip”表示“旅行，旅游”，类似的结构还有：go on a tour（旅游）等。

美国企管顾问格雷戈里·史密斯( Gregory Smith)在CEO Refresher杂志上指出，根据他多年的顾问经验，员工辞职的十大原因为：
①员工的工作量过重，造成他们必须在晚上或周末加班。
②公司不愿意在办公室杂务上另外再花钱雇用专人负责，以致专业工作者必须自己做影印等工作。
③当员工可以在其他公司找到薪水高出两至三成的工作时，公司却宣布暂时不给员工加薪或升迁。
④公司不赋予员工傲决定的权力。
⑤公司不断重整部门、转调员工职务，以及改变公司走向。
⑥公司不向员工清楚沟通目标及决定，以致有时候当员工完成一项工作时，却遭到公司的拒绝，严重打击士气。
⑦主管对某些员工偏心，给予他们较好的办公室，或者较舒适的出差机会等。
⑧固公司搬家，迫使员工通勤时间加倍等。
⑨公司升迁没有能力的员工，真正的人才却没有受到重视。
⑩公司虽然强调团队合作，但是却营造部门或员工间必须激烈竞争的环境。
