今天我们开始讲解丰田模式，然后，我们来看从中可以学习些什么？
Today, we’ll share you with the TPS (Toyota Production System). Then, let’s see what we can learn from the TPS?
首先，我们来看看为什么要学习丰田？尤其是制造业以外的人不理解，为什么学丰田，而不是通用，奔驰，或宝马？
First of all, we should ask ourselves a question: Why should we learn from the Toyota? Actually, some people, especially those people outside of manufacturing may feel confused: Why Toyota? Why not General Motors, Benz, or BMW?
如果我们要学习，那一定是向标杆企业学习，看看他们为什么能做到极致，而不只是一般意义上的成功。
If we want to learn something, we must learn from those benchmarking enterprises, and we should focus on why they can achieve perfection, rather than focus on why they succeed.
那么，从100多年的全球制造业来看，汽车制造一直是引领制造业的技术创新和管理变革的。在汽车行业，从上世纪80年代以来，丰田公司通过几十年的努力已前面超越美国和德国的汽车公司，丰田是世界上最盈利的汽车公司，其利润比美国三家大的车厂总和还多。
Judging from the manufacturing with a history over 100 years, we can see that it is not hard to prove that the automotive industry has always play a leading role in technological innovation and change management in manufacturing.
In automotive industry, since 1980s, the Toyota Company has outperformed its competitors both from the US and Germany. Nowadays, the Toyota Company has become the most profitable motor company, what’s more, in profits, it is much more than all of the three motor companies combined in the US (Chrysler, General Motors, and Ford).
丰田的维修率是最低的，丰田车，尤其是雷克萨斯，在美国旧车市场同龄车的汽车产值是最好的。所以，丰田模式就是最好的汽车制造模式，那么向它学习理所当然！
As you may know, Toyota has a lowest repair rate. In second-hand car markets of the US, the Toyota sedans,especially,the Lexus series have the highest value than the others with the same age.Therefore,the TPS is the best manufacturing mode in the automotive industry.So,we should learn from the TPS for granted.
