Marguet Pere & Fils酒莊創立於1875年,坐落於Montagne de Reims的Ambonnay。葡萄主要來自其自有Verzenay, Mailly and Sillery 、Launois-Pertois 家族所有Mesnil sur Oger, Oger and Cramant和部分合作夥伴的特級和一級園。
現在的經營者為第五代繼承人Benoit MARGUET,矢志以熱情釀造出發揚當地風土特色的香檳。Benoit鑽研並採用有機種植法多年,這不僅是出於他個人的理念,也是因為根據研究指出,有機種植能讓土壤養分更好,葡萄的風味也更濃郁。遵循傳統釀造方式,採用小橡木桶發酵,並不斷研究實驗以維持最好的均衡風味。裝瓶後於酒窖內陳放2~5年。為了保障其最佳風味,特別選用由葡萄牙Amorim製造,擁有最高品質的天然軟木塞。
全系列共有五款Brut和一款Demi-Sec香檳(只有標準瓶裝)。每一款香檳都經過精心釀製,可依各人的口感偏好在拔塞後的數月至數年間細細品嚐,因此也將每一瓶香檳的拔塞除渣時間印於背標上,幫助行家們更能感受二次發酵時間不同所帶來的差異,並選擇最適合自己的開瓶日期。此外,拔塞時間也能當作認識無年份香檳的指引。以Reserve Grand Cru為例,在上市前會先經過三年的陳放,譬如若拔塞日期在2009年三月,則該香檳是以2004、2005年採收的葡萄釀造,並在2006年初裝瓶。
NV BRUT ROSE (30N70C)
成分為 70%夏多內(Chardonnay)和 30% 黑皮諾(Pinot Noir),在瓶中熟成了 2 年,尚有 5-10 年的陳年潛力。這支香檳展現了非常清新的風格,呈現出優雅的口感,適合作為開胃酒或於用餐時飲用。
2004 BRUT GRAND CRU
由25% Pinot Noir 和 75% Chardonnay混釀。呈現明亮活潑的亮黃色,散發出成熟的西洋梨、水蜜桃果香,伴隨著金銀花和礦石的香氣。口感濃郁,帶有樹果、甜奶油、礦石和烘烤風味,尾韻結合了薄荷及草本植物的異國風情,綿長多汁。此款香氣豐沛並帶煙燻味的香檳不僅適合早喝,其紮實的結構也展現出優異的陳年潛力。
