Any unnoticed resistance to and any unnoticedidentification
with an emotion will feed it, will make it growbigger.

Remember that emotions do not need to go away at all.
The objective is to know what the emotions feel like, toknow
what you are thinking when there are emotions, and to
understand their nature and the mind’sbehavior.
記住:根本不需要让情绪消失。观察情绪的目的應該是知道情緒的感受是怎樣的;知道每当情緒出现时你是怎么想的;明白情绪的本然和心对它的作用。
