小科普 >>> 钙和磷的稳态调节机制:钙和磷作为维持骨骼的重要微量元素,这两者在身体中的稳态调节主要通过肠道、肾脏和骨骼来维持。当血钙减少时,甲状旁腺激素(PTH)分泌增加,增加身体中钙的重新吸收。而FGF23是磷酸盐肾重吸收的最重要的调节剂。FGF23可以抑制PTH的作用来增加尿磷酸盐排泄[7]。
