在第一次回复的时候，有几个地方处理的不好，例如客户所问的customer reference这里，回复的时候你说明了有出口到哪些国家，但对于客户的群体还是没有做一些特征说明，客户很在意你们有无此类服装的生产出口经验。在介绍公司的细节优势的时候，看到你有意在使用一些具体的论据，但还是不够，例如介绍工人和产品优势的时候，样品可以证明质量，但通常买家是同时在多个供应商之间做出筛选，精力和时间都有限，即使是样品，也要首先选择中意的供应商产品来评测。不过客户有第一次回复，还是很不错的机会，以后此类情况可以借鉴。
给客户发几款工作服做参考很不错的做法，但这里有一点，前期工作做的不是很细致的话可能不能被客户列为选择的第一序列。因为这样的买家很大，但也非常非常重视产品质量及供应商的资质，不排除会有很多专业的服装商在跟进这家客户。
此类客户在筛选供应商的时候也会把纬度了解得很细并且在多家之间做比较筛选，中间耗费的时间较长，可能会有一个月甚至更长的时间，所以还是要有心理准备。
至于价格，这样的买家可能更在意你的产品质量和公司资质，价格是次要的，只要能合理地让客户接受你的介绍就好。
