日有一言3               修己以清心为要，涉世以慎言为先

译文： 修身正己，清心寡欲最为重要；待人处世，谨慎开口最是应当。 

感悟： 常言道：“独处守心，群处守嘴。” 修炼自己，应删繁就简，减少欲望，淡泊名利。 如此，方可明心见性，轻装上阵，活得自在而美好。 为人处世，当慎言慎行，句句斟酌，时时思量。 否则，难免祸从口出，伤人害己，过得艰难且困顿。 心无挂碍，言有所界，才是一个人最高级的处世。 

Translation：

Pure heart and few wants are badly needed to update self-cultivation; cautious speech is highly desirable in society. The most important thing to cultivate one's morality is to be oneself.

Meditation :

As the saying goes, " when alone keep heart, in groups guard mouth."Cultivate one’s virtue , one should be simplified with contained desire, indifferent to fame and wealth. In this way, one can be blessed with the light heart to live free and beautiful. In life, whatever the situation, be careful in each word and each action. Otherwise, catastrophe tends to come with tongue mischief to ruin yourself black and blue. The heart is not hindered while the words are bound, which is the highest level of a person’s spiritual state.
