Drucker: Managers have five basic tasks.

1、确定目标，即你希望别人做什么；

2、分派任务，即找谁来做这件事；

3、沟通激励，即通过不断的沟通与激励，

让别人心甘情愿地为你做事；

4、评估绩效，即你要考察别人到底做得如何，

有没有达到你要求的目标；

5、培育下属 让员工代替自己，

下属的无能就是领导的无能。
