Drucker: Managers have five basic tasks.
1、确定目标,即你希望别人做什么;

2、分派任务,即找谁来做这件事;

3、沟通激励,即通过不断的沟通与激励,

让别人心甘情愿地为你做事;

4、评估绩效,即你要考察别人到底做得如何,

有没有达到你要求的目标;

5、培育下属 让员工代替自己,
