手阳明大肠经辨证

手阳明大肠经皆有虚.实.寒.热。
虚：久病必虚，（气虚.血虚.阴虚.阳虚.）久燥必虚大肠主津，气虚.津少.则大便密结难下！此津不单是口干津少，也是肠道津液不足！舌红脉细，口干，需滋阴润燥，益气通便，法在于补，本经补，肾经脾胃二经配补！但虚实夹杂须补虚泻实！
寒：外感寒凉，寒客大肠入里损伤阳明腑气，腹中冷痛，肠鸣肢冷，脉濡缓，皆需温中散寒，艾火婕效！亦可针补.热敷，火罐！手足阳明加脾经共调！
实与热症，实症多为饮食停滞，运化不利，体质阳亢，过食腥辣，以至肠腑热积津液干枯大便秘结，苔黄脉数！泻实热，输通三焦之气，尤其是中焦，兼补肾经，滋水以制阳光！热症拿到这里一并谈是因为热和实有着一定的关联！阳明实症必有热像伤津必会至热，但实与热在程度上需有所鉴别！另外热还细分为实热.虚热和湿热，湿热.暑湿以及食积化为热湿居于肠胃，里急后重，累伤血络！需清热化湿排浊止痛也。
另，大肠与肺相表里，邪袭大肠浊气上犯肺经的咳喘需两经并治，虚实夹杂需补虚泻实。
