该句型用than后面从句中的人们熟悉或已知的事物去比喻than前面的主句中不熟悉或未知的事物;than后面的从句在形式上肯定的，而在意义上是否定的;表面上表示不同等的比较，实际上则是表示等同关系，可以理解为“同……一样不……”。
