Responsibilities
Ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects that satisfy specific intra/cross-departmental business needs. Applies Project Management practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, in scope, and are relevant to the business objectives. Key customers include users of the IT solutions, and the leadership of business division and external partners, and/or the governance/sponsorship group for a specific project.
Project Management Project Planning
o Develop, and/or oversee the development of detailed project plans
o Define the rules of engagement for the project, e.g., the standards used, the executive sponsorship /governance group and structure, team operating guidelines, issue escalation policies, etc. Project Execution
o Collaborate with key customers to ensure client expectations are in-line with project goals and objectives
o Track the project's progress against the project plan and collectively adjust the project plan to ensure effective completion based on defined project success measures
o Drive issue resolution through issue and risk management. Escalate issues to the decision making body appropriate Operations Management Manage the operational function of Infrastructure which includes end-user computing, data center, networks and retail end-point. Achieve optimum operational results by leveraging external vendor or internal regional & local resources. Regional / Global collaboration is a must as Chanel uses Global Infrastructure standards and operations. Knowledge, Skill & Experiences A Solid skill and experiences in Windows AD 2008 administration including DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, User account provisioning, etc. Excellent knowledge of windows 2003/2008 server administration, well understood the hardening, patching, Anti-Virus, etc. Strategic mindset to look at the backup solution ensuring the critical data protection in place. Well organize MPLS and IPSEC VPN to ensure the delivery of the managed network services to the retail business. Manage the retail & office network which was built up with Cisco wired and wireless network technology. Clear viewpoint and concept of capacity management, logging & monitoring, performance turning in the infrastructure area. Familiar with the HP, IBM, Cisco IPT, and EMC storage hardware products. Requirements: Degree holder in related disciplines 5 years or above related working experience with strong project management disciplines in a Retail industry environment Mature, excellent work attitude, people oriented, outgoing with positive character Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in English and Chinese (oral and written)
