新加坡教育联盟网董事长罗成提醒留学人员选择新加坡私立学校留学务必慎重,由于新加坡私立学校众多，难免存在良莠不齐的现象。因此新加坡教育联盟网强烈建议中国学生在选择学校时要了解其规模、建校时间是否较久、管理是否严格、所授学位的大学是否为世界一流学校等等。更重要的是要咨询其有无获得中国驻新加坡大使馆的资格认证、新加坡政府标新局（SPRING）颁发的国家级素质资格证书（）和新加坡消费者协会（CASE）颁发的教育信托认证（），如果再谨慎一些，甚至可以去新加坡实地考察一下。拥有SQC认证的学校,都会有消协保证标志教育认证计划( for Education).以下是62所双认证学校名单最新更新版。
