If you want a truly luxurious brunch experience, Silencio's Jazzakaya weekend is the place to go. Kick off with their seasonal top-grade sashimi and maki as part of their unlimited starter, and pay a little extra ($360 for 30g, $600 for 50g) for the optional caviar course that comes with homemade sake blinis. There are eight main courses to choose from, and our favourite is the sushi doughnut called ‘uni bomb’, with Hokkaido and North Korean uni with a base of crispy rice.
