重庆市中小型连锁超市业发展的战略分析研究

摘要：在面对来自国内外大型连锁超市的竞争环境下，重庆的中小型连锁超市想要得到生存和发展，就必须明确自己的优势和劣势，本文通过SWOT分析其概况和波特五要素分析其外部环境，并从企业内部提出经营战略，从而确定了重庆市中小型连锁超市业的发展方向：超市联盟，走规模化；便利超市，走方便化；专业超市，走专业化；农村超市，走拓展化。

The Study On The Development Strategy of The Medium
and SmallScaled Catena Supermarket Industry in Chongqing

Abstract：While facing the competition environment from foreign and local large catena supermarket, if the medium and small scaled catena supermarkets in the west want to exist and develop, they must definitely the advantages and bad situations of themselves. This text analyzed the general situation through SWOT and analyzed the exterior environment through Michael Porter's Five Forces Model.And it put forward management strategy from inner part of the business enterprise. Thus it made sure the development direction of the medium and small scaled catena supermarket industry in Chongqing :Supermarket alliance to make larger scale; convenience supermarket to make more convenience ;Professional supermarket to make more professionaly ;Village supermarket to expand.
