“每天的任务总想拖到最后,这样下去什么时候是个头?”,这是很多职场人士都会碰到的问题。很多人会选择在最后一刻卯足了劲赶出任务,这样下去终究不是正确的工作状态。不要害怕,小编教你远离职场拖延症


  Has this ever happened to you, when your boss come around one day and asked you to gave him the report by tomorrow morning, while all you’re thinking is “oh, my god, what report?” Closing to the deadline, all you could do is just cram some words to fill up the report, and of course the result could be foreseen.
  你遇到过这种情况吗,你上司一天对你说,明天早晨把那份报告交给我,而你的脑子里想的却是“天啊,什么报告?”。临近截止日期,你只能在报告中胡乱一通,其结果也可想而知。
  That is procrastination, which is very common among college students and company employees. Actually most of the employees formed that habit at school. Needless to say, that is bad to either your career or your life. But don’t worry, here’re some tips for you.
  这就是拖延症,它在大学学生和公司职员中十分常见。实际上很多公司职员的拖延症就是他们大学时期形成的。拖延症对你的事业和生活都将造成影响,但是别担心,你可以这么做:
  First, identify the things you must do
  首先,明确你当天的必做事项
  Use your notebook wisely and write your today’s must-do things on it. The things you should do could be divided as urgent and important things, which are certain must-do things, and important but not urgent things, which could be done when you finished your must-do things and still have some time around hand.
  好好使用你的笔记本,你可以今天必做的事项写在上面。你所做的事大致可分为两类:重要且紧急的事,这通常也是你当天必做的事,还有重要不紧急的事,这种事情你可以在做完前一类事后有剩余时间的时候在做。
  Second, to actually get started with the things
  其次,真正着手做事
  This is a crucial step. To accomplish that task, you could apply these two tricks.
  这一步非常关键,要完成这一步,有两个小窍门
  First one, a 5-minutes trick, which means that you need just focus on your task for 5 minutes and when you done with this 5 minutes, you will find that your task is not as tough as you have imagined and most likely you could continue doing it.
  第一个,5分钟的巧用。该方法指的是在你做事的时候可以先只做5分钟,这5分钟你要全神贯注地做事,5分钟后你会发现事情其实并不像想象中那么难,你就可以接着做下去了。
  Second one, blank time; the reason why you don’t do your task is probably you think it’s daunting and have completely no clues and instead you would easily get distracted. Well, this trick needs you to be complete idling time for 15 minutes doing absolutely nothing and in most cases, this 15 minutes, ideas would come flooding to you and you would easily get started.
  第二个,空白时间。你不想做那件事的原因可能是因为任务量过大,无从下手,这样你就很容易会分心,然后时间就过去了。这个技巧指的是当你又想拖延的时候,你就可以停下手头所有的事情,静静的闲坐15分钟,什么也不做。在这15分钟内,你的大脑会得到休息,并且会涌现出很多想法,15分钟结束后,你就更容易开始做事了。
  Besides, when you’re completing a task, it’s crucial that you don’t get distracted, so cut off the unnecessary communications with others and just focus.
  另外,当你认真做事的时候,应尽量隔绝外来的不必要的干扰,这样你的效率才更高。
