My analysis of a poster about verbal violence

 

 

As a whole, we can see that the most color used in the poster is gray. As we know, gray makes us feel upset, negative and sorrow. The author uses a lot of gray to suggest that verbal violence makes people hurt.

In the poster, we can see that a hand come out from a man’s and scratch the women’s hair. The man is angry and the women feel miserable. The author uses a metaphor, he compares verbal violence to this. And from the feeling of the women, we can realize that what verbal violence can cause.
