My Understanding of Media Literacy

As a modern college student, I think media literacy is consisted of three parts. The first part is cognitive, it refers to people’s ability to access all kinds of information  and transfer information. The second part is judgment, it refers to people’s ability to judge the information. The third part is understanding, it refers to the analysis and evaluation of people for information. And people can know what it can bring to us and what we can get form it.

As for media literacy education, I will say that I don’t know what is media literacy before this class and I know what it is after this class. It taught me how to correctly deal with a message, and Analyze this information systems.
