01祛湿三宝汤

夏至之后即将入伏,三伏祛湿是国人养生的最佳时间,配料简单烹制也简单的祛湿三宝汤营养味美又兼祛湿功效,特别适合家庭日常养生。主料食材用量基本1:1:1即可,无须太过刻板。

所需原料:猪骨,冬瓜,山药,大姜,八角,大葱,盐制作步骤:

1)猪排骨洗净切小块,冬瓜去籽保留外皮切厚片,山药去皮切块,大葱半棵切段,大姜四大片。2)主食材用量1:1:1用量即可,无须太刻板。

3)排骨放入砂锅加凉水适量,大火烧开撇去浮沫。

4)加入葱姜八角转小火慢炖至排骨软烂。

5)排骨软烂后将山药冬瓜加入砂锅,加入食盐小火慢炖入味,至山药软烂即可食用。

酸酸的"鲜掉眉毛",有菜有菇蛋有豆腐,真的是很适合夏天不想吃饭的时候喝的一碗汤~所需原料:鸡蛋1个,青菜2颗海鲜菇,西红柿1个,豆腐1块

制作步骤:

1)海鲜菇和青菜切段,再准备一颗鸡蛋2)先爆香一点蒜末(不喜可以忽略),再炒西红柿丁

3)西红柿丁炒出沙,下海鲜菇加水煮沸

4)把豆腐切块,可以小一点

5)下鸡蛋液、西红柿切丁,最后放青菜煮几分钟

6)再加入适量的盐、生抽、芝麻油、胡椒粉调味即可

炎热的夏日到了,白贝汤鲜美解暑,一下就打开了闷着的味蕾。

白贝煮汤不仅可以和佛手瓜搭配,还可以根据喜好选择丝瓜、节瓜等哦~所需原料:白贝1斤,佛手瓜1个,姜片2片,盐适量

制作步骤:

1)用刷子洗干净白贝的外壳。2)佛手瓜削皮后,切小块。

3)凉水和切好的佛手瓜一起入锅,放两片姜,大火煮沸,转中小火煮8~10分钟。

4)加入白贝后转大火,白贝贝壳张开了基本上就是熟了

5)关火后稍微放凉即可食用

敲黑板:不要煮太久,不然会丧失鲜味!
