巴黎备忘录组织成员将于2016 年9 月1 日至2016 年11 月30 日开展海事劳工公约MLC 2006 集中大检查（CIC）。CIC 的目标是核实船员在船上工作和生活满足MLC,2006 的最低标准。
检查方式和内容
1. 船上关于MLC,2006 的程序和措施在常规PSC 检查中会进行详细检查，以核实其符合性。
2. PSC 将询问12 个问题确保：船舶备有相关的证书和文件，特别是与船上船员有关的部分；核实船员舱室、食品和给养的检查记录；安全委员会制度的建立和实施等。
3. 计划检查4500 艘次船舶；
4. 检查结果可能导致签发缺陷，要求船长在规定时间内消除，也可能导致船舶滞留直至严重缺陷得到纠正。
CCS 建议
1. 船上组织必要的培训，重点针对DMLC part I 和II 的要求和措施，特别关注船员自身权益的部分；
2. 船上自行检查实施情况，重点但不限于问卷的问题；
3. 针对11 个问题应落实到每个船员、每个记录、每张证书，发现任何证书过期或失效的情况应立即作出必要的安排。
