Life Tip 1
First, life is worthwhile if you LEARN. What you don’t know will hurt you. You have to have learning to exist, let alone succeed. Life is worthwhile if you learn from your own experiences, negative and positive. You learn to do it right by first sometimes doing it wrong. We call that a positive negative. We also learn from other people’s experiences, both positive and negative. Learning from other people’s experiences and mistakes.
首先，如果你肯学，生活就有意义。无知害人不浅。别说是成功，就连生存你都需要去学。如果你肯从亲身经历中吸取经验教训，无论成功与否，你的生活都会别具一格。我们可从第一次做错事中学会如何正确处事，这就是所谓的好坏兼备。我们也应从别人的经历中吸取经验教训，不管成败与否。我们可以从他人的经历或失误中开始学着变乖。
We learn by what we see—pay attention, by what we hear—be a good listener. Now I do suggest being a selective listener, don’t just let anybody dump into your mental factory. We learn from what we read. Learn from every source. Learn from lectures, learn from songs, learn from sermons, learn from conversations with people who care. Keep learning.
我们可通过眼见之事来学习—故要留心观察；可通过耳闻之事来学习—故要用心倾听。但在此我建议你一定要有选择地倾听，不要随便往你的“大脑工厂里倾倒垃圾。从读书中学，从各种信息来源中学，从演讲中学，从歌曲中学，从训诫中学，从与别人的交谈中学。学无止境。
Life Tip 2
Life is worthwhile if you TRY. You can’t just learn; you now have to try something to see if you can do it. Try to make a difference, try to make some progress, try to learn a new skill, and try to learn a new sport. Life is worthwhile if you try. It doesn’t mean you can do everything but there are a lot of things you can do, if you just try. Try your best. Give it every effort. Why not go all out?
第二，如果你尝试，生活就有意义。你不能光学不练，你还要去小试牛刀，看看你是否能做到。试着去改变，试着去进步，试着去学一门新技能，试着去学一项新运动。如果你尝试，生活就有意义。这并不意味着你可以做成任何事，但是只要你尝试，你就可以做成很多事。尽你所能，做到最好。为什么不全力以赴呢？
Life Tip 3
Life is worthwhile if you STAY. You have to stay from spring until harvest. If you have signed up for the day or for the game or for the project—see it through. Sometimes calamity comes and then it is worth wrapping it up. And that’s the end, but just don’t end in the middle. Maybe on the next project you pass, but on this one. If you signed up, see it through.
第三，如果你坚持，生活就有意义。你必须从春天坚持到秋收。如果你已经定好一天的日程，或定好参加某项赛事或某个项目—坚持下去。有时灾难会降临，但是坚持下去绝对值得。坚持到底，不要半途而废。也许你会错失下一个项目，但是对于目前这个，如果你已做出承诺，就应坚持下去。
Life Tip 4
Life is worthwhile if you CARE. If you care at all you will get some results, if you care enough you can get incredible results. Care enough to make a difference. Care enough to turn somebody around. Care enough to start a new enterprise. Care enough to change it all. Care enough to be the highest producer. Care enough to set some records. Care enough to win.
最后，如果你在意，生活就有意义。如果你在意一切，你就会有所收获；如果你足够在意，你会收获意想不到的效果。足够在意会让人有所改变，足够在意也会让人回心转意，足够在意能让人创办的新企业，足够在意能让人彻底地改变，足够在意能让人成为最高级别的制造商，足够在意能让人打破纪录，足够在意能让人去赢。
