此前，王宝强立案起诉妻子马蓉，要求离婚，并要求分割财产，包括：

A prenuptial agreement, or prenup, is an agreement entered into by two people who are getting married and want to set forth guidelines for the marriage.
婚前协议（prenuptial [pri:'n?p??l] agreement，或简称prenup [pri?'n?p]），是计划结婚的两个人签署的一份协议，目的是为婚姻设定一些指导规则。
The content of a prenup can vary widely, but commonly includes provisions for division of property and spousal support in the event of divorce or breakup of marriage.

Fidelity: A prenup can outline what happens if one partner is proven a cheater or admits to infidelity. The consequence may include forfeiting all rights to property or spousal support.
出轨问题：婚前协议可以规定，如果能证明一方出轨，或一方承认出轨，会有怎样的后果。比如剥夺所有房产权、无法获得赡养费等。
Personal rights: A prenup may cover matters concerning the rearing of children.
