◎慢就业
“慢就业”，英语译为slow employment，指一些大学生毕业后既不热心找工作（hunting
for jobs）也不打算继续深造，而是暂时选择游学、支教、在家陪父母或者创业考察，慢慢考虑人生道路的现象。例如：
1.一些大学毕业生说：他们慢就业的主要理由是想获取生活经验和学习在学校得不到的技能，以提高自己和追求更高的发展水平。
Some university graduates say the main reason for their slow employment is that they want to gain life experience and learn skills unavailable at college, so as to
improve themselves and pursue higher levels of development.
2.在我国，慢就业的原因之一是经济放缓而缺乏机遇。近年来，许多大学毕业生发现越来越难找到满意的工作。
In our country, one of the reason of slow employment is a shortage of opportunities
as a result of economic slowdown. In recent years, many college graduates have found it increasingly difficult to find satisfactory jobs.
3.这个专家认为提倡慢就业掩饰找工作难的社会问题。因此各级领导应采取有效措施帮助大学生寻找工作。
The expert holds that advocating slow employment may cover up the social problem of
difficulties in securing jobs. So the authorities at all levels should take
