I determined to be a great person and did something spectacular in the future.
spectacular: 雄伟的；壮观的
实践：
1. 两年修完大学所有课程（finished all the college lessons within first two years）
2. 把金山做到上市（dedicate himself in the Jinshan company until it came to the market）
二、 奋斗没有终点，你要学会坚持
There is no end of struggling. You must learn to be gritty.
23岁入职金山后，我再也没换过工作。到38岁辞职时，这一份工作我坚持了16年。
I never changed my job after joining the Jinshan company when I was 23 and I devoted myself to this job until I was at a retiring age of 38.
经历失败：历时三年研发的产品销售一塌糊涂。那次打击让我失去了理想，基本上每天早上醒来，我都会发现自己是在沙发上睡了一宿，因为在床上实在睡不着。
感悟：所有人都有自己的梦想，唯一不同的是坚持。
Everyone has his or her own dreams. The only difference is that whether they persist it or not.
三、 做你热爱的事，热爱你所做的事，然后顺势而为。
Do what you love and love what you do. Then let it be.
dedication:如果说除了梦想和坚持，还有什么东西重要，我觉得还有热爱。
你喜欢这件事情，你爱这件事情，你把这件事情变成爱好，你做这件事情就不会觉得累，也不会有牢骚，遇到困难都很容易去解决。
比如我做手机，就是因为我是个手机发烧友，我喜欢这个，我每天都琢磨，我不觉得累，我也不觉得这是工作，它就是你的爱好。我现在还每天工作十几个小时。
making a right choice:很多聪明的年轻人觉得，聪明加勤奋，天下无敌。但怎么把握时代机遇，怎么在大方向上正确，这也非常关键。
四、 做好自己的事，别羡慕别人
Focus on doing your own business without envying others.
五、 认真拼命工作

3. 除了拼命工作之外，世界上不存在更高明的经营诀窍
