l Preparing: We cannot thinkand speak at the same time. Thus, prepare well when you attend the interview.
Receiving thetelephone interview or notice of interview:
When you get the call, calm down, you could put the person calling on holdif you are not ready by using the excuse, such as I am still in the process ofdoing sth / I am still outside and could I find a quiet place and call youback. Could I hold you for another few seconds? If you are not ready, you couldpush it a little bit if possible. If put off the interview, be the one who willcall back rather than waiting for the call.
What to ask: the details of the interview; what will be the interviewprocess; who will attend the interview/ how many rounds; how long will theinterview take; how many positions are available; but never ask something whichis obviously stated in the official website.
l Strategizing:
Think like thehiring manager, on how to better fit the job, the company and even the wholeindustry. Different competenciesare required for different jobs/industry. For example, as for a projectmanager, the required competencies are leadership, decisive, communicationskill, self-motivated, teamwork. Now, your social network works. Ask the onewho has already been in this industry or the same company.

Such as, some additional programming language notrequired but could help; without relevant working experience as mentioned inquestion 4. Also, you have to mention that this is where we try to improve andyou have been doing to solve this kind of problems.
