材料及份量:糯米粉( glutinous rice flour)150g、粘米粉(rice flour)70g、糖(sugar)100g、暧水(warm water)200g、香蕉油(banana f|avouring)5g、糕粉(fried glutinous rice flour)約20-30g
做法:先將粉類篩勻加入糖混合,慢慢倒入暖水拌勻至沒粉粒,加入香蕉油畧攪勻倒入已掃油之碟中,以大火蒸約20分鐘。枱上灑上已炒熟之糯米粉(糕粉),放上已蒸好之粉糰舖上免沾牛油紙襯熱壓薄後,捲成圓條狀可切件。
PS:香蕉糕待凉後用保鮮盒保存,隔日食用仍保持煙靭軟綿。

Instructions:
First sieve the glutinous rice flour and rice flour then the sugar and mix evenly, slowly pour warm water and mix well until there is no powder, add the banana oil and mix. it is now time to pour in to the dish, make sure you have a thin layer on the dish, steam the mixture for about 20 minutes. When the dough has been cooked sprinkle the table with fried glutinous rice flour, put the dough has been steamed over the fried glutinous rice flour so the dough has been covered, use some non-stick paper to roll out the dough. To shape the dough simply roll the dough into a round cylinder shape then it can be cut into pieces.
PS: After the banana roll has cool down it will remain chewy for the next few days.
