在船舶工程进行过程中，船东、船检、船厂等各方之间沟通经常要用到邮件。那么怎样用英文写邮件进行沟通呢？ 我们摘录了一些真实的邮件案例，并对这些案例进行解析。希望能给广大读者一些启发。

I noticed we should have insulation on the deck for switchboard room and partially at wheelhouse as shown on below attachment. However, these yet to be installed and we do foresee your side will have difficulties. Please look into this matter urgently and looking forward of your reply on this matter.

 （船东预先发现问题，主动与船厂进行沟通，希望得到解决方案。这也是我们常常忽略的船东代表的职责之一。）

Since there is no steel coaming installed for all decks at accommodation which to trap the condensate water, I noticed from the attached drawing where insulation to be used in way of external shell plate should be “100mm GLAVA MARINE MAT 17 +50mm Glava Folie Industrimatte”. However, shipyard is not using this brand of insulation, please furnish us the type approval certificate of the insulation and make sure the thickness of insulation is comply with drawing and technical specification. The insulation in used must be equivalent to the insulation stated on the drawing.

Apart from the above, we still urge the yard to install the steel coaming at each deck which in way of external shell which will be good for long term usage and to avoid any unforeseen issues in future.

根据下面的附件显示，我发现我们应该在配电板间甲板和驾驶室部分甲板铺设绝缘。然而，这些地方目前还没有安装。并且我们已经预见到贵方的安装工作将会存在诸多困难。请紧急调查此事，期待您对此问题的回复。

由于居住区所有的甲板都 没有安装拦水扁铁用以存住冷凝水，而我从附件的图纸上注意到，沿着外板安装的绝缘应该是“100mm GLAVA MARINE MAT 17 +50mm Glava Folie Industrimatte”。然而船厂实际使用的不是这个品牌的绝缘，因此，请提交给我们绝缘的形式认可证书，并保证绝缘厚度与图纸和技术规格书一致。并且使用的绝缘必须与图纸上的绝缘等效。

除此之外，我们仍然强烈要求船厂在每层甲板沿着外板安装一圈拦水扁铁，这将有益于长期的使用并且避免将来发生一些不可预见的问题。
