What Time Is It? 教学设计


教学目标:复习数字, 通过twenty学习30-90的读法。结合数字,学习时间的问答。初步了解It is time to---句型。

教学重点:thirty - ninety. What time is it? It istime to---.

教学准备:电脑课件。

T: Hello class!How are you?

Ss: Hello teacher!I am fine, thanks!

T: Can you countfrom 1-10?

Ss: Yes. Countfrom 1-10.

T: Very good! (Show one to tenon the computer. Let them to read out together. Then show eleven to twenty. Letthem to read out.)

Ss: Read out thesewords.

T: 21 how to sayit in English?

Ss: Try to say itin English.

T: Teach 21. Leadthem to read. Then ask 23\25\27\29 how to say.

Ss: Say ittogether.

T: 30 how to say? Teachthirty. Help them to read.

Ss: Read after meand try to say 31-39.

T:十几的结尾是teen,几十的结尾是ty , 那么大家能不能根据30想一下40how to say?

Ss: Try to say forty.

T: Yes, fortyfourteen少了一个字母ULead them to read.

Ss: Try to say fifty sixtyseventy eighty ninety.

T: Lead them to read these newwords. Then practice the new.

1.     Ask some students to read. 2. I point tothe new words, students read out it quickly. 3 Show picture let them to say. (二十几到九十几的英语单词和阿拉伯数字)4 英汉互译。

T:同学们,数字不但可以表示数量的多少,还可以用来表示时间。

 你们想知道它是怎么来表示时间的吗?

Ss: 想。

T: Show a clock to ask. 这是几点呀?

Ss: 7:05

T: Yes, you can say: seven o five. It is seven o five.Teach them to read it .

Ss: Read it

T: Now answer my questions please. What time is it? (几点了?)

Ss: It`s seven o five.

T: Teach time. Help them to say this sentence. Thenask and answer.

T: Show some clock on the computer. Teach and practice.

(通过师生互问,生生互问等多种问答方式练习时间的说法)

TWhat time is it now?

Ss: It is---.

T: Yes, It`s time to draw. (到该画画的时间了) Let us draw a clock to ask and answer ok? (给学生们发没有指针的表的图)

Ss: Draw and ask and answer.

T: Show a clock to ask what time is it?

Ss: It is twenty thirty.

T: Twenty thirty 是几点?

Ss: 晚上十点半。

TIt`slate.(太晚了) It`s time to sleep.(到该睡觉的时间了)

   Teachthese sentences. Help them to make some new sentences.

Listen to the tape. Ask some students toread page70.

T: 找学生说一下这节课学了什么。
