微波光电子学,顾名思义,是微波和光电子的交叉学科。微波和光波都是电磁波,所处频率相差很多个数量级,在各自的领域所发展出来的元器件和技术很不相同。结合起来,互取所长,却能得到各自所难实现的新的应用和特点[1,2,3]。
