远离噪音,超过85分贝的音量都可能有害,交通高峰期的噪音约有70-85分贝。
控制耳机音量,不超过最大音量的60%,耳机音量最大时会达到100-110分贝。
演出或体育赛事期间远离扬声器。
使用降噪耳机,或戴耳塞。
长时间暴露于噪音后,应让耳朵休息18小时来恢复。
